Walking distance from grand palace and close to Gary Central, so nice
-
staff and location, all was great. adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. plus it's set in the lovely area. nice restaurants onsite.
There's bad smell in some areas.
-
We loved the MARVELLOUS location, and the kind staff. There were comfy beds and a safe, an ironing set and multi-channel television in the small single room.
The street, it was too noisy.
-
Good location, very close to the Salon area and the hotel was very clean
-
We appreciated everything there, especially atmosphere and staff. If you wish to visit manneken pis, it's 15 minutes walk approx...

Location, room view, balcony, lunches.
Expensive .

Wonderful location.
Bad noise insulation
-
It was cold in the room, the air conditioner couldn't handle it.
-
Proximity to the center, friendly staff (speak a little Russian).
The water in the sink went very badly.
-
Cozy hotel in the city center, all clean and quiet, breakfasts tasty.
The room lighting is a little dim.
-
Nice cozy hotel, delicious breakfasts.

The room we stayed in was modern and very well kept. It was one of the best rooms we have stayed in for a quite a while. There was a good selection of good quality food for breakfast.
I would prefer to have secure car parking within a hotel's facilities.

The location was superb to access all public transport. The staff were so kind but the problem was some of them can not speak english well. The cleanliness service was so quick and very tidy. The breakfast was very good.
They did not provide kettle to make tea or hot drink which you expect the hotel with three star rate in UK. Usually the bussiness room including full internet access but for me because I got it from Booked.net did not.
-
The hotel was very close to the EU parliment areas
If you don't like stairs this hotel is not ideal, and there was not air conditioning (nroamlly not an issue in Brussels, but was warm this time).

The Business Room was nice and queit (at the end of the corridor) and it's good value for the money ( i've booked for €80 per night). The location of the hotel is also good, you can park your car at the corner in the 5 floor garage for €15 per night so it's not expensive.
The only thing is the small bathroom with the small shower-cabin, if you are taller than 1,90m or more than 100kg probably you don't have the chance to turn around in the cabin... The breakfast is not a big deal but it was good enough for us (don't expect buffet-breakfast as in hotels when you are going for a 2 week holiday).
